Otto Wagner / Ernst Fuchs Villa (Vienna/ Austria)

In 1888, Otto Wagner, the famous Jugendstil architect, designed and built the villa for himself and his family. It was here that the Viennese high society of the time feted numerous legendary summer balls and parties. Legends like Adolf Loos, Gustav Mahler, Alma Mahler-Werfel, Gustav Klimt and Wagner student Josef Hoffmann would go in and out on a regular basis.
After World War II, the house fell into oblivion and was gonna be torn down until in 1972 the Austrian painter Ernst Fuchs bought it, renovated it and made it his live-in studio. Today the Villa houses the private collection of Ernst Fuchs' works and is open to the public.

Swarovski Kristallwelten (Crystal Worlds) is a crystal-themed indoor theme park in Wattens, Tyrol, Austria. The entrance to the underground space is a head, the mouth of which is a fountain.

Approximately 160 square meters of oil painting greet the viewer here, beautiful views into the world of the unconscious and archetypal, the sublime heights and depths of our world.
Ernst Fuchs has slowly developed a world of incredible and powerful imagery upon its walls, depicting John’s Book of Revelation.

“How long I’ve been working on it? I think now it is 22 years.” says Fuchs. “It is my masterpiece.” Fuchs says of the chapel mural and the “Last Supper” also hanging there, “I had resigned myself to the thought that I would complete them both that so too my life would come to an end; or rather a new life would begin. There is no death. … An end is always the beginning of something entirely new.”

This surrealist house looks like something out of an Escher painting. Lawned Walls, staircases leading to nowhere, windows adorned with other windows make this home unique.

"As offensive or disgusting as this Rectum Bar may be for some, it is also rather educational, for it illustrates an anatomically correct digestion track with great detail, going from tongue to anus, and the large intestine. Better yet, it was (in 2010) an actual real theme bar outside of the Vienna Museums Quarter, so it was also supposed to be artistic."

The Hundertwasser-Haus is an apartment building in Vienna, Austria, built after the idea and concept of Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser with architect Joseph Krawina as a co-author. This expressionist landmark of Vienna is located in the Landstraße district on the corner of Kegelgasse and Löwengasse.

The funky look of this waste incineration plant was designed by the artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser.

The KunstHaus Wien is a museum in Vienna, designed by the artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser. This museum in the Landstraße district houses the world's only permanent exhibition of Hundertwasser's works, and also hosts regular temporary exhibitions of other artists.
