Aqua Tower (Chicago/ Illinois)

Aqua is an 82-story skyscraper in downtown Chicago. It got its name from the wave-like forms of the balconies and the tower's proximity to nearby Lake Michigan.
A further source of inspiration for the irregularly shaped concrete floor slabs were striated limestone outcroppings that are a common topographic feature of the Great Lakes region.
The building houses residential units, retail & office spaces and a hotel.

This quirky leopard print house is located in the Rogers Park neighbourhood of Chicago.

Cloud Gate "The Bean" (Chicago/ Illinois)

Cloud Gate (also known as "The Bean") is a public sculpture by Anish Kapoor. It's located at Millennium Park in Chicago. Constructed between 2004 and 2006, the sculpture is made up of 168 stainless steel plates welded together, and its highly polished exterior has no visible seams.
Said to have been inspired by liquid mercury, the sculpture's surface reflects and distorts the city's skyline.
